Indiana Bar Exam “Latest” Statistics

  • The legal community learned this week that the first class of Indiana Tech School of Law passed the bar test on average 8.33% .[1]
  • According to Superior Court Rule 304(f), each candidate must pass the written bar examination with a minimum combined score of 70% or higher on the MBE and essay sections, and a minimum scaled score of 75 on the MPRE in order to pass.[3]
  • According to rule 6, you must fulfill the following conditions in order to be accepted on a foreign license. Have spent five out of the previous seven years actively practicing law a current member in good standing of your state’s bar.[4]
