Oregon Bar Exam “Latest” Statistics

  • Oregon Law ranks 65 in terms of bar passage rate among first-time test takers (85.1%), and it outperforms by +3.3% the state of Oregon’s overall bar passage rate of 81.8%.[1]
  • Ten states had bar passage rates above 70% (Nebraska, Idaho, Kansas, Utah, Oregon, Montana, New Mexico, Iowa, Texas, and Oklahoma).[2]
