Hence, the team is open to suggestions, feedback, and complaints regarding content, service, or overall website. The team works round-the-clock to bring the best output for you when it comes to user satisfaction. Hence, we take your complaints seriously and make them milestones for our development.
Raising Complaints
Complaints regarding content, website, services, or any other point can be raised. You can send your complaint in three ways,
- You can fill out the form mentioned on the Contact Us page and submit it with your concerns.
- You can email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Complain Against….”
- You can follow our social media pages and raise your concerns/complaints there.
How We Address Your Complaints
If we receive any complaint, we will address it within 7-10 business days. In some cases, if the issue is complicated or not-so-simple to handle, we might take more than 10 days to solve it. Whatever the issue, we certainly acknowledge it immediately. Your emails or messages won’t be unseen, and your complaints will not be unheard.
As a team, we ensure we provide error-free content/information/service to our users. If there is something that is not right or users think needs to be changed/removed, you can feel free to file a complaint. As soon as we receive one, we immediately acknowledge that.
Dispute Resolution Process
We address our disputes in two ways: internal and external. If there is any issue that can be resolved within the team or internally, we usually don’t escalate it to the higher authority. On the other hand, if there is a more complex issue that can be resolved externally, the user might have to wait until it is over.
Privacy and Confidentiality
LLCBuddy team ensures no user information goes out or is shared with any other party or externally. All the user’s information related to the complaint will only be saved to address the issue. Information related to only the complaint is shared with the concerned internal team for resolving the problem. In accordance with the Privacy Policy, we deal with users’ information.
